Dr. Romantic Season 3

The story takes place in a small and modest hospital called Doldam Hospital. The protagonist, Kim Sa Bu, is a brilliant doctor who used to work at a large hospital but now leads the medical team at Doldam. After performing a successful operation on Chairman Shin, he eas support to improve the hospital. However, challenges arise when his old enemy resurfaces, the chairman passes away, and his students leave the hospital. Meanwhile, Kim Sa Bu’s injured wrist begins to trouble him. To address the manpower shortage at Doldam, he visits a large hospital where he meets Seo Woo Jin and Cha Eun Jae. Despite their shortcomings, Kim Sa Bu decides to recruit them to help run Doldam. Throughout the story, the characters discover “real romance” as they face various obstacles together.
